Every business is a people business!

Our international People Teams manage and support the company’s most valuable asset – our employees. We ensure that our 550 employees feel comfortable working at ParshipMeet Group and can develop both personally and professionally with us. We play a central role in aligning the company’s people strategy with its business strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees.

As one global team, we cover the entire spectrum of HR – from attraction and recruiting of fantastic colleagues, to onboarding, talent development, Compensation & Benefits and offboarding. We are divided as follows:

Talent Acquisition and Talent Management are global functions within our teams, assuring consistency and strategic alignment in these areas throughout the group.

HR Operations and Business Partnering are managed in local teams per offices in Europe and the United States to be able to address the different needs per local and country.

Overall, our teams have one common goal: To craft a high-performance corporate culture that focuses on the well-being of our employees.

Of course, we can’t do this alone, we need the power of all our Team Love members. But we drive the initiatives that enable this goal. And this is how we proceed:

The goal of our Talent Acquisition Team is to build up high-performing and diverse teams that align with our strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of the ParshipMeet Group. They attract and recruit for several locations to ensure we have the best talents with us on board.

Our Talent and Business Partnering Team integrates our HR practices seamlessly with our business strategy and contributes to the overall success of ParshipMeet Group by optimizing the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our colleagues.

Our HR Operations Team is ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and that we stay in compliance with legal and company requirements. They keep an eye on HR internal process quality, manage our internal HR software and are the go-to team for any perks and benefits related question.

As a global People Team, we rely on information being shared quickly and comprehensively. In order to not lose track of the many HR topics going on globally, we work with the Kanban principle, and have regular meetings to exchange and prioritize the workload. We have tasks which we work on individually, but nearly all tasks have touchpoints within the other HR sub teams, thus teamwork is the key to success. Outside of our HR Team, we all work closely with business leaders and internal and external stakeholders to listen, understand and support as best as possible. We have a lot of fun in our daily work and enjoy being there for our teams. To keep the spirit, we engage in regular coffee and lunch breaks, read out the horoscope to each other in the morning (do not worry, really only for entertainment) or go on exciting team events.

We are proud of our shared commitment to empowering our colleagues.  The goal of supporting all employees individually and developing their skills and knowledge unites us across our teams. It’s important to us to create a collaborative and growth-oriented culture of openness and equality within our company. We do this with ambition and a fact-based approach, for example by working with employee feedback, classic HR KPIs and keeping an eye on market trends and competitors.

We operate from five locations (Hamburg, Dresden, Berlin, New Hope, PA, and Los Angeles, CA) and communicate via Microsoft Teams on a daily/weekly basis. Additionally, we arrange in-person meetings as needed and are always very happy to meet the other Team members.
