You’ll hear from us.

We’re giving our company, brands, and products a voice wherever you see, hear, or read about them. Our goal is to provide all internal and external stakeholders with relevant, timely, and engaging information that help as many people as possible understand our strategy and contribution to their work and lives.

One thing that sets us apart within ParshipMeet Group is that we cover both corporate and business-related functions. Working for our team basically means being an expert for one of our leading consumer brands and at the same time handling internal, financial, strategic, or sustainability communication duties for our holding company. This kind of diversity keeps us on our toes – and we fully embrace it.

It’s our ambition to not only anticipate what our target audiences want to know, but to deliver our messages in just the right tonality for both the Group and our brands. Speaking for Parship, for example, sounds different than speaking for ElitePartner; introducing LOVOO’s latest product feature to our colleagues in an all-hands meeting demands a different approach than writing a LinkedIn post on it. What’s true for all of us: if it sounds smooth, there’s a chance we’ve done our job well.

Planning ahead and being prepared are key elements of our playbook.

However, we’re also accustomed to handling new topics and, thus, deadlines on a near daily basis. This requires constant prioritization, preparedness and interconnectedness – both internally and externally. Therefore, we have the privilege to exchange ideas with colleagues from all areas of expertise. In addition to that, we love efficient processes that give us the time to keep an eye on what’s happening in other fields as well. We believe this outside-in perspective adds value to our company even beyond communication.

We’re extremely versatile, permanently switching between different roles and tasks: from editor to podcast host, from study director to spokesperson. And we’re never afraid of discussions nor contradictions, often surprising each other with an unexpected anecdote or idea – which just might add a new perspective that was missing before.

Most of us are based where our Heartquarter is – in Hamburg. At the same time, among our departments in Germany, we were the first to hire a team member not based in one of our office locations. Even beyond that, we are very familiar with flexible working models: home office, part time jobs, hybrid settings, support by external agencies and collaborations with experts. We believe our approach works because we are regularly taking sufficient time to come together in person: for our weeklies, our joint team lunch, or team events… which sometimes can even take place on a Pétanque court.
