We are here to connect people through data by providing a state-of-the-art data infrastructure, statistical analysis and algorithms. Our collective aim is to make the best use of our data to enable all departments of our brands and of course also our customers to reach their goals.
Our team can be de divided into Data Engineering and Data Science. The Data Engineering Team provides the data infrastructure. Data Engineers collect, process and prepare data to make it usable in self-service for all departments across the company. Data Science creates statistical analyses and models for a variety of questions, e.g. to keep our platform safe or to understand our customers’ preferences and their needs.
We are working collaboratively and in an agile way to achieve our challenging goals. Pair programming helps us to share knowledge and increase the quality of code. Cross location virtual meetings are our daily business, since we work across different locations. But it’s also common to visit another office for a project or even temporarily transfer to another hub if you wish to.
We create a fun and humorous working environment and frequently work together in the office, where we enjoy spending lunch and our “fruit break” together, which we invented during lock down. Every few months we organize an afterwork event.
We work from various locations. Nowadays you can work from all locations for all brands.
