Our Advertising and Online Marketing teams are working to make our brands visible and promote them strategically to be as profitable as possible. The Advertising team is responsible for generating ad revenue across all applicable properties in our portfolio. We accomplish this through a combination of sales, business development, and technology adoption and innovation.
The Online Marketing team has a heart for PPC & SEO, display & paid social and affiliate marketing as well as cross-channel campaigns. Through continuous analyses, we get the best out of our marketing measures. Our DNA consists of scaling, measuring, analyzing – the team keeps a close eye on all the numbers relating to the ParshipMeet Group brands.
We are one big team with different focuses based on expertise and location. In our Advertising Team for example, our US team members work on technology and manage the US partnerships and sales. The German team is expert in EU monetization and GDPR privacy regulation.
Our Online Marketing team is divided in SEO, PPC, Display & Paid social, E-Mail Marketing and Affiliate Marketing – we have a sub team for direct cooperations and one which manages our network partners.
The most important thing for us is that each campaign is profitable, that’s why we don’t have individual targets. In our Online Marketing team, everything we do is purely ROAS driven. We do performance marketing on a last click model and target users with our ads to convert them on our site.
With SEO, we meet users where they are searching for our topics. Our goal is to generate sales through SEO, and we can only do that if we have top rankings for the most important search queries. To work more efficiently, we try to automate as much as possible as a team.

The Advertising Team is dedicated to building and maintaining strong partnerships with some of the largest advertising platforms in the world, including Google, Amazon, and Meta. We are also paired with an engineering team that allows us to take advantage of the latest ad technology and continually innovate to best monetize our unique portfolio of apps.
In the Online Marketing Team, we have built up extensive in-house expertise and developed many online marketing tools ourselves. New features are tested with A/B tests, are evaluated and optimized on a daily basis. We have weekly meetings with colleagues from several of our locations to constantly be up to date.
Every optimization increases the chance of happy relationships – and we are particularly proud of this as a team. We give all team members the opportunity to get involved, speak up and think ahead. We work across the globe with our US colleagues based in the Philadelphia/New Hope area while our German colleagues are spread across the country with a presence in Hamburg, Berlin, and Dresden. From these locations we are uniting our analytical forces to develop innovative solutions.
