Our brand team ensures that our brands are successfully positioned in the crowded dating app market with a strong image, high awareness, resonance and relevance. Therefore, we leverage our target group research and insights to develop campaign strategies and concepts that meet our marketing objectives and address the consumers’ needs. This creates, for example, new positionings like the “Healthy Dating” approach, claims like “Let’s date happy”, and TV or OOH campaigns.
Together with our media team, we deliver consumer centric connections to drive brand growth, utilizing market and consumer insights and full-funnel thinking to craft effective media strategies. We are characterized in planning and buying, ensuring impactful content delivery while pushing the boundaries of innovation.
In our social media team, we combine creativity with strategy to create authentic and lasting relationships between our brands and our audiences. We aim to strengthen brand presence, believing in the power of storytelling to capture attention, evoke emotion and spark conversation. It’s not just about the number of followers, but about connections that leave a lasting impression.

While our Media team includes media experts and local market experts in Germany, UK and Australia, our colleagues from our Brand team are responsible for Brand Research & Strategy and are focusing on topics like brand health and target group research, the positioning of the brands in our portfolio or insight development for campaign strategies. Some of our colleagues are responsible for the brand management and lead e.g. the campaign development with internal and external partners from conception to production. Our Social Media team consists of social media managers who mainly look after the channels for that brand. The goal is to create content for all social media channels that are relevant and, ideally, also entertaining for our users. In addition, each manager also contributes special knowledge in a specific area (e.g., influencer relations or community management) and supports the team across our brands. Together with the brand and media team, the Social Team is also responsible for paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube, which are primarily focused on brand and business KPIs.
The perception of dating apps is constantly changing, so we have a lot to do! Therefore, our teams work together to align on brand goals that respond to the needs of the business and, of course, our members – and constantly identify opportunity areas based on brand health metrics, qual and quant research. We all enjoy having the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, work closely with colleagues from departments such as Online Marketing, Creative, Product Management and CRM to ensure our presence aligns seamlessly with our overall brand strategy. Our teams blend test-and-learn-methods and best practices to ensure strong ideation and execution – all with a lot of passion and creativity. We encourage our colleagues to think outside the box and experiment again and again. Because even if we fail, we can learn from it together.
We are an internationally connected and diverse community of experts, with flat hierarchies and a collaborative working style that allows everyone to have a voice in our discussions and bring ideas to the table.
