Application questions
What does the application process look like?
We do everything we can to ensure an appreciative and transparent hiring process. Of course, this also applies if we don’t match: We believe in a personal feedback throughout the journey – even if we decide not to move forward together.
After we review your documents and have a good first impression, we will invite you to get to know us. Depending on the role, the process may begin with a brief phone call or a short set of introductory questions via Spark Hire before moving on to an initial virtual conversation via Microsoft Teams. If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll be invited to a second-round interview, which usually includes a case study. This is also a great opportunity to meet additional team members in one-on-one conversations and gain a deeper understanding of the role, the team, and life at ParshipMeet Group. For working student positions, the process is usually shorter and often consists of a single interview stage.
Most importantly, we see the interview process as a two-way conversation. Our goal is to meet on equal footing and jointly explore whether we’re the right match for each other.
Can I apply for several jobs at the same time?
Yes, you can easily apply for several jobs at the same time. Just upload your CV in the application form for each position.
What documents are required for a complete application?
Your application should include a CV in English or German. You can, but do not have to, include a letter of motivation.
What happens after I apply for a job?
After you have submitted your documents via our online application tool, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will then review your documents. It may take a good week for us to get back to you.
How long does ParshipMeet Group store my application documents?
We will keep your information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in keeping it. In all other cases, we will delete your personal data.
We will keep personal data for as long as it is needed to decide on your application. If no employment relationship is established between us, we may continue to store data if this is necessary for the defence of any legal claims. In this case, your application documents will be kept for 24 months (EEA applicants) and up to seven (7) years (U.S. applicants) with your consent. Otherwise, your application documents (EEA applicants) will be deleted within six months of notification of the rejection decision, unless a longer retention period is required for legal disputes. All details about our data protection can be found here.
I have been invited for an interview. How do I dress?
Congratulations, you have taken the first step, and your application has convinced us. We are thrilled that you want to get to know us too. No suits required! We dress the way we feel most comfortable and would like you to do the same.
What should I bear in mind during the interview?
If we agree to meet, you’ve already passed the first step. You can prepare for our interview by reflecting on your career so far. We are particularly interested in who you are and what attracts you to the role. As our introductions are two-way, we recommend that you find out more about us as an employer. This will allow you to ask your questions during the interview and find out if we are the next employer for you and if the role is the next step in your career. We look forward to meeting you and finding out if we are a good fit.
What questions are asked in every job interview?
Meeting each other is always about getting to know each other. That’s why every time we meet, we usually ask questions about your personality, your previous work experience and the way you work. We are also interested in your professional skills: what qualifications do you already have and what would you like to learn?
Onboarding questions
What does the onboarding process at the ParshipMeet Group look like?
Your first days should be exciting, not overwhelming! We’ve got a structured onboarding program, a mentor to guide you, and plenty of resources to help you get started.
In the first few weeks, you can therefore expect a professional and cultural onboarding. You will not only get to know your future colleagues better, but also our brands, our working methods and the tools you will use daily. As part of your onboarding, you’ll also have a dedicated session with our CEO, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and gain direct insights into our company, its vision and direction. And beyond your team your personal mentor will be by your side for the first three months. What do we expect of you? Be curious, ask questions and interact regularly with all colleagues! We’ll give you a great onboarding experience and you’ll feel at home in no time.
At which locations do you work and how?
We welcome new ways of working, but at the same time we believe that any good relationship only works if you see each other regularly. That’s why we offer all employees the opportunity to work both in presence in their own home office. Full-time and part-time colleagues typically spend at least 2 days per week in our offices (with at least 70% of the workday on-site), between Monday and Thursday. For colleagues working 25 hours or less per week, this means 1 office day per week. At the same time, we know that life happens. Our approach is built on open communication, balancing individual needs with strong team collaboration and connection.
What does ParshipMeet Group offer as an employer?
As a company with multiple brands, business units, and locations, we bring together a highly international and diverse workforce with a wide range of perspectives and experiences and different ways of working naturally exist alongside one another. At the same time, we are increasingly aligning around a shared foundation: a unified people and leadership approach with a strong focus on performance, transparency, and enabling both teams and leaders.
Guided by our 12 People Principles, we have a clear vision of who we want to be as a company. They provide the foundation for how we work together, and we are continuously improving how we collaborate, communicate, and measure success. Events like our PMG Kick-off and Meet.Date.Connect strengthen connections across teams and locations. We are also proud of the above-average length of service of our employees.
What further training and career opportunities are there?
We will support your training and professional development over the long term. This journey begins during your onboarding with the support of your personal mentor. We offer a wide range of programs to help you develop. You will receive individual support, including participation in trainings, conferences and fairs. We also offer a dedicated female empowerment program designed to support, connect and empower women throughout their professional development. Together we will find out where your strengths lie – and how your development can create value both for you and for the business.. In particular, the networked nature of our cross-location teams offers many opportunities for professional development and training. Close cooperation with other divisions promotes the exchange of expertise and provides insights into other markets in our business areas.
What are our working time regulations at ParshipMeet Group?
Flexibility is part of how we work! Where the role and business needs allow, we offer flexible working hours to help you balance work and life. At the same time, we value collaboration, so we encourage overlapping working hours within teams, and some roles may require additional flexibility to work across different time zones. Any flexible working arrangements are, of course, subject to compliance with applicable working time regulations. If you’re looking for a specific working time arrangement, we would be happy to discuss it with you during the recruitment process.
