Our corporate development team drives and supports the strategic, long-term development of the ParshipMeet Group. We closely collaborate with all functions and brands of the group to identify & conceptualize but also execute major growth opportunities. Beyond finding the next growth pockets for the ParshipMeet Group, we support our different teams across offices, functions, and cultures on their own strategic initiatives, as well as group wide projects & collaboration.
In our various projects, we have the pleasure of working with all stakeholders of our organization. That is across hierarchies and functions, as well as across languages and cultures of our offices in Los Angeles, New Hope, Berlin, Dresden, London, Amsterdam, and, of course, our Heartquarters in Hamburg.
Our dynamic and passionate team has broad international experience in both conceptual strategizing and stellar project management. As a relatively new team with limited operational roles, we challenge the status quo and aspire to be positive change agents in the organization, having an eye on the market, the competition, and our own development. We work with our senior leadership on not just navigating but evolving our industry as a market leader.
While we are indeed passionate & ambitious about working for love, there is always room for a team coffee break, table tennis or foosball-table match or Mario Kart race.
Most colleagues of our team work from our Heartquarters in Hamburg – partly from the office and partly from home with flexible working hours. However, we largely work across our different locations and hence, also time zones. In addition, we try to visit our various stakeholders in the other offices depending on our current project landscape.
