The Corp IT’s ultimate objective is to enable our colleagues to work as efficient, secure and hitchless as possible. We provide, maintain and extend our on-premise and cloud solutions while achieving highest security standards.
We also come into play when it comes to systems that employees use to support the product and our customers, for example in customer service or marketing.
We purchase hardware, software and IT services for the entire Group, therefore ensuring a modern and cost-efficient IT environment. Last but not least, we make sure that the ParshipMeet Group’s data processing and IT landscape complies with the law and data protection regulations
While our department mainly consists of allrounders with mostly technical background, everyone has his own expertise on different areas such as networks, cloud, hardware, IT service management or IT purchasing. This helps us to overcome challenges and share experiences. IT Administration, Business Systems, IT Security and IT Purchasing with Asset/Licence Management are trades or sub-teams in Corporate IT.
We work agile and collaboratively to achieve the company’s goals and to fulfil our colleagues’ needs.
We act as a centralized function for the entire Group worldwide. IT administration is a team spread across all of of our locations that can offer both the advantages of local user support and globally available services. Daily stand-ups on projects and standard processes coordinate the activities. Regular dialogue with our most important interfaces such as HR, Legal & Compliance, Engineering, Customer Care & Trust and Safety and Finance & Controlling ensures cross-departmental coordination. Ticket systems and virtual Kanban boards support the coordination and prioritization of our tasks.
You could call us the backbone of the company. Corp IT is required to keep our colleagues able to work, to secure and backup our data, to implement new products that are needed for other departments and to always be reachable in case of an emergency.
We work from four offices around the world: Hamburg, Dresden, New Hope, PA and Los Angeles, CA. Even though we are spread across the globe, we are still one team that helps each other with every topic.
