Our Live Video Team is comprised of experts in the live-streaming industry. We offer a platform where content creators can achieve great success by providing personalized assistance to the beginner live-streamer up to the seasoned social media professional.
We consist of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise: the Community Team coaches and develops existing, organic users. The Acquisition Team recruits individual and collective talent to come to our networks to broadcast. The VIP Team develops and manages relationships with all of our largest spenders. The Retention Team develops and manages relationships with our top live-streaming talent. Our Content Creation Team develops and organizes our scheduled programming, and our Live Events Team manages social media and creates in-person opportunities for our community to congregate and interact.
We have a wealth of expertise that enables us to deliver a world-class experience to our user base throughout the live streaming lifecycle.
Our team’s goal is to identify promising emerging talent and guide them to success. We aim to attract a wide range of external talent to our network and develop the referring agencies into mentors. At the same time, we want to build personal relationships with our users and support them wherever we can. The VIP and Retention teams strive to build personal relationships with our most valuable fans and live streamers and provide them with additional support. The Content Creation team create programs to highlight the best content on the app and give these live streamers an even bigger platform. The Live Events team creates spectacular in-person experiences to give back to the live streaming community while strengthening the friendships formed through the networks.
The Live Video Team works within a structured framework to track, support, and encourage content creators through their journey as members of our live community. We maintain an extensive database to track our various users, have standard operating procedures across all teams to ensure accuracy and fairness, as well as to maintain alignment to the standards employed by the Trust & Safety Department. We regularly process and analyze data to make thoughtful adjustments to process and strategy. Each team meets weekly to review obstacles, anticipate needs, and assign duties, but generally each team member works independently within their prescribed scope of influence.
Our team was founded in early 2018 – one of the first ever created to offer the best onboarding experience to offer aspiring content creators. The team has grown and expanded since then to divide into the specialized teams outlined above. This consistency of focus has set us apart from our competitors and served to preserve and grow our unique communities. Our work requires us to be intuitive, responsive, creative, and thoughtful to the changing landscape of our networks and social media– and this is what we are very proud of.
We work mostly from home from various locations in the US and Germany.
