We risk jumping too far than not knowing how far we can go.

We, the creative team, are largely responsible for developing the corporate design and tone of voice of our brands. We ensure that all our assets follow a common thread that creates recognition value and thus positively influences brand awareness. We also like to add a little glitter. 

We love developing new ideas and pioneering solutions for all marketing channels and bringing them to the streets in campaigns. Based on briefings and our style guides, we create effective assets that always fit the brand’s respective target group. 

The ParshipMeet Group has grown from different companies over the years. In 2023, we successfully united our creative team worldwide.  

We bring together a huge amount of experience from different creative fields, such as web design, motion design, UI design, corporate design, illustration, photography, print and copy to bring our brands to life.   

Once a week, we meet remotely for a jour fix, in which we discuss current projects, capacities and the distribution of tasks in order to plan the week as efficiently as possible and exchange insights.  We mainly use Teams, Jira and Figma for this. 

In addition, there are project-related meetings where only the people involved in the respective topic, such as the next YouTube flight, are present.  

We meet regularly for team days – at least with all team members from our German locations in Hamburg, Dresden and Berlin. These days are usually dedicated to retrospectives and workshops. Socializing is also an important part of our team’s success – which is why we also like to use these opportunities to have dinner together or go to bars.  

Having a creative team in our company is the best thing that can happen to a company. There is no more efficient way to implement creative processes. 

We know the brand books inside out and have the luxury of a transparent coordination process. How cool is that? 

We work from different locations in Europe and North America. But not even the different times zones can stop us. We are always in contact with all our colleagues, because we work across brands depending on our expertise. So it always remains exciting!
