While our Customer Service Department has several teams who span multiple continents, across all brands, we are aligned on similar principals: creating an unparalleled product, support and experience. Our cross-functional teams specialize in offering proactive, and reactive, support across multiple divisions, such as Trust & Safety, Content Moderation and Fraud Prevention.

With initiatives geared towards gathering, and understanding, experience-related feedback, we serve as liasons on behalf of our communities, relaying important takeaways from our interactions to our Product Management Teams, in an effort to create a world class experience for all community members.
