There’s no such thing as impossible!
We are responsible for all organizational tasks in the office. We support the teams in the organization of their daily work, conference room planning, catering and business trips. We also spread our fairy dust in our offices: wall decorations, carpets, furniture, new staircases – these are all our construction sites (in the truest sense of the word). We are also responsible for the provision of office supplies, the coordination of repairs and birthday presents, and the catering for all employees.
Although we are one office management team, the fact that we are spread across different locations means that we all have more or less similar tasks. Accordingly, we don’t have any classic sub-teams. Our tasks are all very diverse and range from office management, feel good management and facility management to ergonomics in the workplace, fire protection and safety in the workplace. We all have exciting tasks in our day-to-day work.
We make sure that you feel at home in the office. To do this, we create a feel-good atmosphere in your everyday working life that offers you everything you need to work with a lot of fun and productivity in the office. Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
Our aim is to make everyone feel comfortable and provide them with everything they need for their work.
Because we want to work together with you in an efficient, sustainable and relaxed way and be able to motivate each other – for a strong team cohesion in all departments.
This also means that we pay attention to sustainability and cost-effectiveness in all procurements and plan with the necessary foresight to conserve resources.
Thanks to regular coordination and transparent correspondence, everyone knows what the other team is currently working on (even if it doesn’t fall within their area of responsibility). This is particularly valuable during periods of absence of a team member, for example due to sickness.
Even when things get crazy, we always keep our calm and maintain an overview – with a beaming smile. We ensure a relaxed working atmosphere and play a key role in our culture.
We work in different locations and each location has at least one “good soul”. If there are common points of intersection, we work together across locations.
