As Transformation & Project Manager (all genders) you own end-to-end delivery of high-impact transformation projects and run the group’s prioritization process with a quarterly OKR-ish cadence for selected business units & group functions. You combine classic program-management rigor with agile, people-centered change practices to turn strategy into measurable business outcomes and shape organizational behavior & alignment.  

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management, transformation, consulting, organizational development, or change management.
  • First experience in managing cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives,including planning, tracking milestones, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
  • Good understanding of organizational dynamics, change processes, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong analytical, communicationand structuring skills.
  • High ownership, reliability, and hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent English skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, business psychology, organizational psychology, management, economics, ora related field.
  • First experience with (AI)transformation programs, OKRs, prioritization processes, or agile/hybrid project environments.
  • Interest in people-centered change, organizational behavior, and improving ways of working.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and prepare clear decision materials.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or Excel.
  • German skills are a plus.

What you can expect 

  • Transformation agenda & delivery: Monitor and drive progress of key transformation programs (e.g.AI change); hold owners accountable; push key projects and provide proactive project management on key projects or topics. 
  • Project management: Scope, plan and execute cross-functional projects from businesscasetobenefitrealization, incl. charters, schedules, budgets and governance mechanisms (status/KPI reporting, governance meetings). 
  • Group prioritization: Implement and run a group-wide OKR process; act as program lead for the OKR cycle in assigned functions; draft/reviewobjectives, run alignment workshops, close retrospectives. 
  • Org mechanisms & tools: Drive continuous improvement of core processes, org mechanisms & tools to transform ways of working and unlock efficiencies. 
  • Change ambassador: Energize the organization for continuous change; lead post-implementation reviews; capture lessons learned into the Transformation/PMO playbook.
