Join ParshipMeet Groups Platform Operations & Security team and help operate and improve our self-hosted Kubernetes platform. You will work on the foundations that engineering teams rely on every day: reliable application operations, secure platform services, and automation that makes teams more effective.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid setup, where we work 2 days out of the office. You can be based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Dresden.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on professional experience operating self-hosted Kubernetes environments.
- Experience in running highly available web applications in production.
- Working knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure automation.
- Clear English communication for technical collaboration and documentation.
- A collaborative approach to solving operational problems and improving shared engineering practices.
- Interest in using AI to augment your daily work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Puppet.
- Scripting experience, for example with Python or Bash.
- A strong Linux operations or system administration background combined with the wish to deepen your Kubernetes expertise.
What you can expect
- Operate, maintain, and improve self-hosted Kubernetes platform components and highly available web applications.
- Contribute to reliability and security improvements across the platform.
- Use Terraform and IaC practices to automate platform and operational work.
- Work with fellow platform engineers and engineering teams on platform improvements and new capabilities.
- Collaborate through pairing, code reviews, and clear technical documentation.
- Join an established on-call rotation after onboarding and probation.
