The Strategy & Transformation team at ParshipMeet Group shapes the future of our Matchmaking and Video/ Social Dating business units. As a working student (all genders) in this team, you will gain hands-on experience in market and competitive intelligence, see how strategic decisions are made in a digital company, and work closely with stakeholders across products and markets. For our headquarters in Hamburg or our offices in Dresden or Berlin, we are looking for a student to join us with min. 12 hours a week as soon as possible.
Minimum Qualifications and skills
- You are enrolled as a student for at least another 12 months
- High interest in market trends, AI, product innovation, and the online dating and video/ social dating ecosystem.
- Solid Excel & Powerpoint skills
- Familiarity with research data, analyzing insights and presenting it
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable summaries.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Preferred Qualifications and skills
- Experience in market/competitive intelligence, strategy, consulting, product, or marketing in a digital environment.
- Interest in strategic projects and transformation
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and ability to work independently.
- German language skills are a plus.
What you can expect
- Support in producing a monthly market monitoring report on market developments, competitor moves, brand health, consumer insights and emerging technologies (with a focus on AI).
- Conducting together systematic competitor research and maintain structured, competitive data repositories.
- Perform desk research with the team across market, consumer, and technology sources to support strategic decisions.
- Curate and maintain internal insight channels to make market and competitor knowledge easily accessible.
- Prepare presentations and concise insight summaries for stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide proactive ideas and thought starters based on market trends, product innovations, and AI developments.
