What you absolutely bring to the table
- Education: You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification – or have gained equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience in installing and operating (partially) virtualized server infrastructures and are confident working with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and feel at home in an international work environment.
Ideally, you also bring
- Infrastructure know-how: You are experienced in the areas of networks, firewalls, storage, and backup systems.
- Service administration: You are familiar with services such as Azure/Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics NAV, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, VMWare, Jira, Confluence, and IT security.
- Work approach: You have a self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Communication skills: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with different teams.

- System maintenance and support: You take responsibility for the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our internal IT infrastructure.
- IT projects: You independently plan and implement IT projects and specific applications – both individually and as part of a team.
- Infrastructure development: You continuously develop our infrastructure in the areas of network, firewall, storage, and backup and keep it up to date.
- Azure AD / Microsoft 365 administration: You reliably manage and maintain our Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
- User support: You support colleagues in using standard software as well as internally developed applications.
- Agile team collaboration: You work closely with European teams to provide optimal IT support to our departments.
- Hardware and software management: You are also responsible for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
