Minimum Qualifications

Education: You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification – or have gained equivalent practical experience.

Experience: You have several years of professional experience in installing and operating (partially) virtualized server infrastructures and are confident working with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, hardware, and software.

Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and feel at home in an international work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Infrastructure know-how: You are experienced in the areas of networks, firewalls, storage, and backup systems.
- Service administration: You are familiar with services such as Azure/Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics NAV, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, VMWare, Jira, Confluence, and IT security.
- Work approach: You have a self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Communication skills: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with different teams.

System maintenance and support: You take responsibility for the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our internal IT infrastructure.

IT projects: You independently plan and implement IT projects and specific applications – both individually and as part of a team.

Infrastructure development: You continuously develop our infrastructure in the areas of network, firewall, storage, and backup and keep it up to date.

Azure AD / Microsoft 365 administration: You reliably manage and maintain our Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments.

User support: You support colleagues in using standard software as well as internally developed applications.

Agile team collaboration: You work closely with European teams to provide optimal IT support to our departments.

Hardware and software management: You are also responsible for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
