As (Senior) Production Manager (all genders) at ParshipMeet Group, you will take on a key responsible role in translating our brand strategy for eharmony, Parship and ElitePartner into impactful, high-quality campaigns. You will oversee all facets of campaign production – from planning to execution – ensuring that our brands are consistently and creatively brought to life across all channels and markets. For our headquarters in Hamburg or our offices in Dresden or Berlin, we are looking for a (Senior) Production Manager (all genders) to join us full-time or part time as soon as possible.
You can also support us on a part-time basis (at least 32 hours per week).
Minimum Qualifications and skills
- Several years of experience in campaign production or brand management, ideally in a multi-market or international environment.
- Proven track record in managing integrated productions across media types, especially in digital channels such as Meta, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative processes, and production workflows.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on team empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Experience at AI productions.
- Analytical mindset with sound budgeting, forecasting, and controlling experience.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications and skills
- Agency background (creative or production) or prior experience collaborating with creative and production agencies is an advantage.
What the role is about
- Campaign Production: End-to-end management of 360° campaign productions (TV, OOH, Audio but main focus on digital campaigns) and coordination of external agencies and production partners.
- Process & Resource Management: Development and implementation of efficient production and process strategies, including capacity and resource planning – both with external partners as well as with our internal creative team.
- Innovation & Projects: Planning, steering, and quality assurance of special, partnership, and innovation projects within Brand & Communications.
- Content & Quality Ownership: Oversee brand content, usage rights, and ensure brand and production quality standards are met. Close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team to collect performance learnings and drive creative excellence.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key interface across internal departments (Brand & Content Managers, creative team) and external partners to ensure efficient, cross-functional collaboration.
- Budget & Commercial Oversight: Take responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, controlling, and all commercial processes within Brand & Communications.
