The ParshipMeet Group has an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Copywriter. We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative and adaptable copywriter to help shape the voice of eharmony across our consumer touchpoints, from crisp in-app UX copy and performance ads to brand messaging and occasional longer-form content and high-level brand messaging. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our communications are clear, compelling, and consistent throughout the customer journey, from TikTok scripts and taglines to website content and in-product messaging.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own the creative process from concept to copy, crafting ideas and writing clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for a variety of touchpoints—including performance ads, landing pages, product flows, and occasionally contributing to broader brand storytelling and SEO initiatives—that reflects eharmony’s voice and resonates with our audience. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Germany—including Marketing & Communications, Product, and SEO—to develop messaging that supports both user needs and business goals. 
  • Partner with designers and project managers to ensure copy aligns seamlessly with visual direction and meets project objectives. 
  • Develop headlines, taglines, CTAs, and scripts for paid social campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Meta, including hooks and voiceover lines. 
  • Write thoughtful UX copy that guides, informs, and enhances the user journey within the product. 
  • Translate product features and insights into compelling consumer-facing benefits. 
  • Adjust tone and style to suit different mediums, formats, and audiences—while maintaining brand consistency throughout. 
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and creative development with both strategic thinking and a collaborative spirit. 
  • Help refine messaging strategy using A/B testing, performance data, and consumer insights. 
  • Take the lead on copy from first draft to final polish—whether you’re shaping a big idea or fine-tuning a tagline. Own revisions and feedback with care, clarity, and confidence. 
  • Stay informed on dating industry trends, competitive messaging, and platform best practices to help evolve and strengthen our copy approach. 

 

The right candidate will have the following minimum requirements and skills:

  • High School Diploma and 4+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house for a brand 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, adaptability across formats, and especially short-form copy such as headlines, CTAs, UX copy, taglines, and ad scripts—with some examples of longer-form storytelling a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proven ability to craft copy that drives clarity, engagement, and emotional connection 
  • A collaborative attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a creative spirit 
  • A track record of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for polished language 
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions 
  • Strong computer skills including new software 

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience writing for digital consumer brands, ideally in e-commerce, apps, or direct-to-consumer spaces. 
  • Ability to interact with colleagues across multiple sites 
  • Familiarity with UX writing best practices and/or A/B testing. 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices (helpful for occasional projects, but not the main focus of the role) 
  • Familiarity with Figma software
