Our newly formed Business Insights team brings together Analytics and UX Research to drive smarter product and business decisions. By connecting what people do, why they do it, and how it impacts outcomes, we turn data into strategic direction. Our analysts go beyond reporting — they think like product leaders: defining success, challenging assumptions, and choosing the right methods to guide meaningful decisions across the company. To support our growing team and provide a hands-on learning experience, we are looking for a Working Student – Business Analytics (all genders) to join us in Hamburg, Berlin or Dresden for at least 15 hours per week, starting immediately. This is your chance to join a modern insights team that redefines analytics — from a support role to a strategic driver of outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- You are studying Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or a related discipline, with at least 12 months of enrollment remaining.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, business models, and digital products, and are eager to work with diverse data sources and systems.
- You are comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and ideally Python or R.
- Besides being ambitions and working hands-on, you are curious, structured, and motivated to learn how analytics drives business decisions.
- First experience with data visualization tools or user behavior analytics is a plus.
- Very good English skills are essential; German language skills are a plus.

- Your work will be collaborative with UX researchers and product teams to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
