What you can expect
- Lateral leadership of our cross-functional product teams, with the goal of generating a generate a self-organized and high-performance unit consisting of product owners, developers, quality assurance managers and designers
- Independent and proactive organization and moderation of the respective team rituals (e.g. according to Scrum)
- Creation of transparency for the collection and visualization of key figures in order to of the team and uncover possible development potential
- Enabling the product teams to identify blockers at an early stage, resolve them independently and and to take appropriate quality assurance measures
- Supporting the product owners with regard to methods and procedures for preparation and prioritization of product backlog items with the aim of maximizing the resulting customer value
- Supporting the engineering leads in the design and improvement of software development processes, with a focus on optimizing delivery and team health
- Helping to shape and support agile organizational development at all levels
- Acting as a role model with regard to the practices and values of agile working methods throughout the company
Your Profile
- Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of Scrum, agile software development practices as well as organizational development and lean product development
- Several years of practical experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach and certification as part of CSM or PSM I
- Practical experience in dealing with cross-functional and intercultural teams
- Knowledge of Release Train, Team Health Assessment, Story Maps, Liberating Structures, Effort Estimates, #NoEstimates, Monte Carlo Simulation, Test Management, B2C Business and Continuous Discoveries as well as Kanban
- A sound understanding of technologies and technical contexts in software development
- Strong motivation to work together with the teams and managers to continuously improve the product development process and organizational processes
- Strong communication, moderation and enthusiasm skills as well as a high level of empathy paired with leadership skills in cross-functional teams
- Goal orientation combined with an independent, creative, reliable and organized way of working
- A pronounced proactivity and a strong team player mentality
- Very good written and spoken English skills
