Matthew Gain

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As CEO, Matthew Gain is responsible for the management and strategic direction of ParshipMeet Group. Matthew joined the company in 2025 from Amazon subsidiary Audible, where he held management positions on three continents from 2016 onwards, most recently overseeing the company’s European activities. Previously, Matthew worked in a variety of PR and Communications roles including Microsoft and the international PR agency Edelman. He has a degree in Communications from the University of Newcastle (UON), Australia.

David Lorbacher

Interim Chief Financial Officer (Interim CFO) 

As interim CFO of ParshipMeet Group, David Lorbacher is responsible for the company’s Finance functions. These include Controlling, Accounting, Reporting, Taxes as well as Internal Control and Risk Management. David has been with the company since 2016 and before his appointment as interim CFO served as Deputy CFO and SVP Group Finance. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Universität Würzburg) and, previously, worked for PwC. 

Monika Strotmann

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) 

As CHRO, Monika Strotmann is responsible for human resources and organizational development at ParshipMeet Group. This includes Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits as well as Facility Management. Monika joined ParshipMeet Group in 2018 and has been continuously developing these areas ever since. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Lund University and previously worked at Warner Bros. and diconium strategy,

Dr. Jörg Rasinger

Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)

As CPTO, Jörg Rasinger is responsible for the product and technological development of ParshipMeet Group’s offerings. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s Product, CRM, Engineering and Corporate IT functions, among others. Jörg has held several management positions in engineering at ParshipMeet Group since 2013. He holds a degree in business informatics from TU Vienna and, previously, worked for BCG subsidiary Platinion, among others.
