Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

ParshipMeet Group is one of the leading international players in Dating and Video. Our apps cover a broad spectrum of the market, from social dating and entertainment to serious matchmaking. The portfolio of our company, which has eight locations in Europe and North America, includes the brands Parship, eharmony, LOVOO, and ElitePartner, among others. In order to recruit further talent for our team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our HR department as soon as possible. This position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg.

Your Responsibility in our Team

• As part of our agile HR team, you will design the entire recruitment process – from the initial exchange with the departments, to creating the job advertisements, interviewing, and hiring the talents for selected company divisions. 
• Throughout the recruitment process, you will work in close coordination with the departments and support them as a partner
• Active sourcing of potential candidates via social networks such as Xing and LinkedIn is in your hands.
• Thanks to your creativity and a strong business sense, you like to identify and test new recruiting strategies and channels.
• Your responsibilities also include recruiting and employer branding projects.

Who we are looking for

• You have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on human resources and / or a business apprenticeship
• You have already gained relevant practical experience in recruiting (incl. active sourcing)
• You are characterised by digital know-how and an analytical way of working and therefore contribute to the success of our company.
• You are passionate about recruiting, active sourcing and employer branding and have a keen interest in understanding the needs and working methods of the specialist departments.
• You are an absolute organisational and communication talent, can inspire people and are convincing with your confidence.
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
