For our Accounts Payable Team we are looking for a full-time Accountant Accounts Payable (all genders) at the Hamburg or Dresden location as soon as possible. As Accountant Accounts Payable (all genders) you will be responsible for Accounts Payable of our US subsidiary The Meet Group, Inc. and work together with the team on cross-company tasks.

Your Responsibility in our Team

• You process and check incoming invoices and initiate the digital approval workflow 
• You independently post the vendor invoices approved by our specialist departments 
• You are the central contact person for our vendors, specialist departments and general ledger accounting 
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage our expense management tool 
• You are responsible for master data maintenance and clarification of open items 
• You take over the creation and execution of our weekly payment runs in different currencies 
• You scrutinise existing processes and contribute ideas for further development 

Who we are looking for

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector 
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role 
• You are characterised by your structured, reliable and careful way of working 
• You enjoy team-oriented work and contribute your personality and initiative 
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and enjoy establishing new processes 
• In addition to German, you have a good command of English for liaising with our international contacts
